Creating Leadership Moments
Managers are presented with opportunities to create "leadership moments" many times over the course of a regular work day. Experienced mangers consistently seize these opportunities and use them to develop their people and communicate at a high level.
New managers hesitate; the fleeting moment passes and the opportunity is lost.
It does not have to be that way.
This component presents a process that can be adopted and mastered to create "leadership moments" at every opportunity. The process includes 3 stages that are presented through 4 units of one hour. Each is divided into equal learning and application sections.
By the end of the 4 sessions, the manager will be completely able to deliver "leadership moments" which will have immediate positive impact on other employees and the organization as a whole.
